I found a great place to look for cool new gadgets. This is a kinda of a blog that is updated regularly with new gadgets. If you are like me that you can’t get enough of gadgets and gizmos you should check this out. I don’t really have time to look for new gadgets myself so I rather read a blog that find them for me.

The good thing here is that you often get information where the gadget can be bought and how to get it. Many gadget blogs only have the gadgets but they are impossible to actually order. When I see something cool I want to be able to buy it else I get very disappointed.

My latest silly gadget I bought was the Santa Claus RC helicopter. My kids love it and I like to scare my wife with this super silent RC helicopter. She thought it was a giant wasp and got really scared

Best Golf Drivers

I have been looking for the best golf drivers on the market. Since I want to be able to drive further and i think my swing is ok, I must need a new golf driver:)
There are so many golf drivers to choose between today that it gets really difficult. I have been looking into the Cleveland drivers but I was not that impressed. If you have any good ideas, feel free to leave me a comment here.

As of now I have been focused on the Taylor Made Burner driver for long reach. This driver seems really powerfull and still keep a pretty good aim. I can't wait to get this baby out on the driving range to test it. I am choosing between to buy it straight off or borrow it from a shop to test first. They seem pretty cheap so I think I just buy the Burner driver online instead.

Afterthis I will get back here and report on my thoughts of the best golf drivers out there. I am sure my present Ping G5 driver is not one of the best and the power in it is lacking.

I hope you have noticed that one of Oprah’s new top picks is the Yummie Tummie. This "miracle shirt" is really amazing. It can turn your body from looking ugly to looking great. Most people think it's fake and doesn't work. I was one of them until i finally bought one just to try. Wow is all I can say. It is amazing how much better you look in one of these. The Yummie Tummie does not just look great but it feels great. It is very comfortable compare to everything like this I have tried before.

Patti LuPone gets her big comeback at the Tony Awards

Patti LuPone was the third Mama Rose (after Angela Lansbury and Tyne Daly) to sing out with joy when she won the Tony Award for lead actress in a musical for her turn in "Gypsy." It had been almost three decades since LuPone won her first Tony Award for "Evita" and she made much of that in her acceptance speech. As LuPone explained onstage, she was going to use one of those lists of thank yous prepared for one of her two losing bids ("Anything Goes," 1988; "Sweeney Todd," 2006).

However, she confessed backstage that this was not really the case. "I did have a prepared acceptance speech," she said. "It has been 29 years and in the course of 29 years I have worked with a lot of companies and wanted to acknowledge them. While she was clearly grateful to have won her second Tony Award, LuPone confessed, "I wish and I really mean it, the producers should celebrate the five best performances." And had she lost a third Tony bid, she says she would have been OK with that. "A lot of the reward comes in audience response, and I know the audience is having a deep reaction to 'Gypsy'. That is a huge reward."

LuPone is a true trouper, saying that eight performances a week of this powerhouse role do not intimidate her. "I am built for Broadway." And she says, she does not want to leave this show until she has another one lined up. "I want to know when I am coming back because I am not getting any younger and I want to use these vocal cords while they are still supple."

Asked to explain the appeal of the show, which has now been revived four times on Broadway since its 1959 debut, the thoughtful actress replied, "It is a Greek tragedy, a universal story about parenting and children." She thinks her character, Rose, "is not a monster, she is simply misguided." In closing, she said to the press, "Art is the soul of a nation, we need to elevate our society, to put those ideas out there, and stop censoring."

Coco Crisp Charges Mound: Red Sox-Rays Brawl

BOSTON -- Boston center fielder Coco Crisp was hit on the right hip by Tampa Bay right-hander James Shields, prompting a benches-clearing brawl in the second inning of their game Thursday night.

Crisp dropped his bat, charged the mound, ducked a wild right by Shields before throwing a few punches that may have grazed Shields before being tackled to the ground by catcher Dioner Navarro.

Rays DH Jonny Gomes charged the mound from the dugout, jumped on Navarro and Crisp, and threw a few punches that hit Crisp while he was on the ground.

The teams have a history of on-field confrontations.

The tempers carried over from Wednesday's game when Tampa Bay manager Joe Maddon said Crisp "intentionally" tried hurt somebody. He slid hard into second baseman Akinori Iwamura when he was caught stealing two innings after he felt shortstop Jason Bartlett blocked the bag with his leg. Crisp said he injured his left thumb against Bartlett's leg.

Shields and Crisp were both ejected. Chris Carter pinch-ran for Crisp and Grant Balfour replaced Shields.

Gomes was also ejected.

After Wednesday's game, Maddon said "I believe the players should take care of things on the field."

Crisp was also involved in a flare-up in the eighth Wednesday. When he went to the mound to make a pitching change, Maddon turned toward the Red Sox dugout and said something to Crisp.

"Everybody else on the mound started looking over there so I got louder," Crisp said after the game. "I don't know if he could hear what I was saying but basically I just said, 'I did that on my own so don't punish anybody else on the team."

Crisp said he was upset with shortstop Bartlett, not Iwamura, after Bartlett put his knee down in front of the bag on Crisp's successful steal in the sixth. His thumb was bandaged after the game, but he started Thursday.

"I told him ... I'd get back on base and then I'm going to show him how I felt about it," Crisp said. "It wasn't as dramatic as it probably would have been if he would have covered the bag."

Maddon said Crisp intended to injure Iwamura.

"There's no place for that when you intentionally try to hurt somebody," Maddon said.

Privacy Flaw Exposes Paris Hilton's Private MySpace Photos

The recently introduced data availability initiative at MySpace allowing everyone to share their profile data with other community and social networking sites across the Web, has just suffered its first major privacy flaw exposing the private photos of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, prompting Yahoo and MySpace to disable the data availability between the services until they fix the flaw:

Pictures of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan from private MySpace profiles can be seen by anyone on the Internet, thanks to a flaw in a system that helps the social-networking site share information with other Web sites. The incident underscores a new challenge for businesses: Security becomes a multi-front challenge once you start sharing information outside your walls.

Byron Ng — a computer technician who earlier this year found a way to access Paris Hilton’s Facebook page — walked the tech-gossip blog Valleywag through a 15-step process that allows people to see supposedly-private pictures and other information by first logging into Yahoo, which is one of the sites that shares information with MySpace.

With Paris Hilton’s T-Mobile Sidekick account hacked two years ago (Hilton’s mailbox; Hilton’s contact list; Hilton’s photos), followed by her private Facebook private photos exposed last month, it’s becoming a rather common event to demonstrate a major privacy exposing leak or a security flaw by testing it on celebrities with the idea to attract as much attention as possible. All of these hacks wouldn’t be possible if their “privacy through obscurity” MySpace profiles weren’t a public secret. For instance Paris Hilton’s private profile (myspace.com/cherubrawk) and Lindsay Lohan’s profile (myspace.com/privacycunt) have already been tracked down by fans, therefore positioning them on the top of the target list for testing of flaws.

From another perspective, celebrity hacking is a win-win-win situation for both the celebrities enjoying some publicity, the vulnerable services that would provide a live fix for the millions of their users, and the celebrity hacker for, well, being the celebrity hacker. It’s also a great way to demonstrate how one service is undermining the already set privacy preferences by another service, as in this case you have an integration flaw at Yahoo undermining the privacy preferences set on a MySpace profile.

Car Crashes into Bike Race; one dead

MONTERREY, Mexico (AP) -- A car plowed into a weekend bike race along a highway near the U.S.-Mexico border, killing one and injuring 10 others, police said.

A car plows into a crowd of bicyclists participating in a race on a highway near the U.S.-Mexico border. The 28-year-old driver was apparently drunk and fell asleep when he crashed into the race, said police investigator Jose Alfredo Rodriguez.
A photograph taken by a city official showed bicyclists and equipment being hurled high into the air by the collision.
Rodriguez said Juan Campos was charged with killing Alejandro Alvarez, 37, of Monterrey.
Authorities said the wreck happened 15 minutes into the 34-kilometer (21 mile) race Sunday along a highway between Playa Bagdad and Matamoros, across from Brownsville, Texas.
Campos said he is an American citizen living in Brownsville. The U.S. Consulate could not immediately confirm that.
"We are looking into the incident in terms of whether American citizens were involved," consulate spokesman Todd Huizinga said.

Tucson Police Officer Erik Hite is Dead

Tucson police Officer Erik Hite died Monday after being shot in the head Sunday, according to a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman.

Hite, 43, died at University Medical Center at 12:53 p.m., said Lt. Claudette Gross, who was notified of the death shortly after 1 p.m.

Police spokesman Sgt. Mark Robinson says Hite had been on a ventilator initially at University Medical Center but was breathing on his own at the time he died.

He was surrounded by his family, including his wife, a son who is in the military and his parents, who had arrived from Portland, Ore.

Police earlier said Hite was shot several times in what police Chief Richard Miranda called "an ambush."

Bail of $2.5 million was set for David Nickolas Delich, who early Monday - before Hite's death - was accused of attempted murder, aggravated assault on law enforcers and discharging firearms at a structure in a crosstown shooting rampage that wounded a Tucson police officer and two sheriff's deputies.

Officer Hite had sustained several gunshot wounds, one to the head, which proved fatal.
The deputies, Eric Cervantez and Tory Schwartz, were discharged from University Medical Center Sunday, said UMC spokeswoman Janet Stark.

Kelsey Grammer Just had a Heart Attack

KELSEY GRAMMER has had a heart attack in Hawaii, a spokesperson for the star has confirmed.
The Back to You star is recovering in hospital after what the spokesperson described as a "mild heart attack", Associated Press reports. Grammer, 53, is said to be resting comfortably and will be released later this week, the spokesperson said. He said Grammer was "paddle-boarding" at the beach with his wife, Camille, when he experienced symptoms and was rushed to hospital. The couple lives in Kona, on Hawaii's big island.
Grammer's sitcom Back to You was recently axed in the US.

Next Band-Based Guitar Hero will Feature the Music of Metallica

It is officially confirmed – the next band-based Guitar Hero installment will feature the music of Metallica. After Guitar Hero: Aerosmith was announced early this year, the internet lit up with guesswork as to what the next potential band-centric Guitar Hero title would be. While Van Halen and U2 were mentioned alongside Metallica, it seems that the latter has officially won favor.

Via GameSpot we learned that Edward Woo – a Wedbush Morgan Securities analyst – discovered the tidbit of information while sifting through one of Activision’s SEC filings this weekend. Evidently, the report listed Guitar Hero: On Tour, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Guitar Hero: Metallica and Guitar Hero IV as titles to be published in the fiscal 2009 year. Activision’s fiscal year ends March 31, 2009. No other details are known, but we will bring you more information as it is released.
